Notes: Woodstock Folk Festival, Inc. is a non-profit organization. We produce an annual day-long festival that traditionally happens on the 3rd Sunday of July, outdoors on the Woodstock Square. 2006 is our 21st Festival. We also produce seasonal benefit concerts in the spring and fall and have 2 venues available - one that seats around 50, and the other - up to 200. Typically, we offer a guarantee or a % of the door (whichever is greater). To keep the Artistic Strategy Director happy...send hard copies of cd's and presskits AND - most importantly - convey that you have some skin in the game and are willing to help with publicity to ensure a good turnout.
