Sound Policy
Otto's is located at the Southeast corner of First and Lincoln Highway in downtown DeKalb, IL. We are in a professional building and have day tenants. Therefore, we observe a five o'clock sound rule on week days. The sound system is capable of doing 110 db at mix site. This is undistorted sound throughout the club.
